As the SMB Account Executive for UK accounts, you will drive and develop opportunities within small to medium businesses across all industry verticals. Sell additional use cases, products, and services into existing accounts while engaging prospective customers. You are accountable for exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas, dedicated deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption in collaboration with internal teams and the Docusign partner ecosystem. This individual contributor role reports to the SMB Manager and thrives on evangelizing exciting innovations in e-signature, CLM, and intelligent agreement management, with strong cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include programmatic client engagement to grow incremental revenue via the Docusign Agreement Cloud, qualifying opportunities per our sales methodology, positioning our value proposition against business challenges, and expanding solutions through upselling. Process orders, onboard customers, manage escalations, and maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce.com. This hybrid role requires minimum 2 days per week in-office, embodying our commitment to innovation, customer success, and work-life balance in a high-growth SaaS environment.
