As the SMB Account Executive for UK accounts, you will drive and develop opportunities within small to medium businesses across all industry verticals. Sell additional use cases, products, and services into existing accounts while engaging prospective customers. You are accountable for exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas, dedicated deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption in collaboration with internal teams and the Docusign partner ecosystem. This individual contributor role reports to the SMB Manager and thrives on evangelizing exciting innovations in e-signature, CLM, and intelligent agreement management, with strong cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include programmatic client engagement to grow incremental revenue via the Docusign Agreement Cloud, qualifying opportunities per our sales methodology, positioning our value proposition against business challenges, and expanding solutions through upselling. Process orders, onboard customers, manage escalations, and maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce.com. This hybrid role requires minimum 2 days per week in-office, embodying our commitment to innovation, customer success, and work-life balance in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and develop opportunities within small to medium businesses (SMB) across all UK industry verticals
  • Sell additional use cases, products, and services into existing Docusign accounts while nurturing prospective customers
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly quotas through dedicated deal management and forecast accuracy
  • Deliver programmatic engagement with existing clients to uncover incremental revenue opportunities in the Docusign Agreement Cloud
  • Qualify sales opportunities using Docusign’s sales methodology, focusing on client fit and success criteria
  • Position Docusign's intelligent agreement management and e-signature value proposition to solve key business issues
  • Expand solutions by upselling new Docusign products, services, and partner integrations beyond initial implementations
  • Process sales orders, facilitate customer onboarding, and manage engagements with professional services, training, and marketing teams
  • Enlist customers for Docusign and partner events to evangelize innovations in agreement management
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce.com), provide timely reports and forecasts to management
  • Serve as internal advocate and escalation point to ensure customer loyalty and adoption

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (basic level required)
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience in an Account Executive role or equivalent quota-carrying sales position
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Experience managing a portfolio of SMB accounts across various industry verticals
  • Strong track record in dedicated deal management and forecast accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and the Docusign partner ecosystem
  • Commitment to hybrid work model with minimum 2 days per week in-office
