As an AI Agentic Engineer in End User Service Engineering, you will drive the next wave of IT operations automation at Docusign. This individual contributor role, reporting to the Sr. Director, End User Engineering, focuses on designing, deploying, and monitoring agentic AI solutions to proactively resolve EUS operations tickets, reduce operational burden, and integrate self-healing capabilities across our e-signature and CLM platforms. You will ensure a secure, compliant, and scalable AI-driven environment that directly enhances the employee experience in our fast-paced, hybrid work model (minimum 2 days/week in-office). Key responsibilities include developing autonomous AI agents using frameworks like Crew AI or Vertex AI to handle service requests, incidents, and routine tasks; integrating with SaaS/IT platforms for auto-remediation; embedding security-first principles; and partnering cross-functionally to expand automation coverage. You will stay ahead of GenAI trends, document workflows, and contribute to scalable AI strategies that align with Docusign’s commitment to trust, equality, and world-changing innovation. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions using frameworks like Crew AI or Vertex AI to autonomously resolve common EUS operations tickets including service requests, incidents, and routine tasks
  • Integrate AI agents with DocuSign’s SaaS platforms and IT systems to enable self-healing and auto-remediation capabilities
  • Embed security-first principles and compliance controls into every agentic workflow to protect corporate assets and ensure regulatory adherence
  • Monitor agent performance, impact, coverage, and reliability, driving continuous improvement and expansion of automation
  • Partner with EUS Ops, Security, IT platform owners, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities
  • Document agent designs, workflows, security considerations, and lifecycle management for scalable operations
  • Stay current with GenAI advancements, agent frameworks, and IT automation trends to innovate within DocuSign’s intelligent agreement management ecosystem
  • Contribute to the broader AI service ownership strategy, ensuring scalability, reliability, and secure integration across DocuSign’s e-signature and CLM platforms
  • Rapidly prototype and demonstrate proof-of-concepts for agentic AI solutions to accelerate adoption and enhance employee experience
  • Collaborate in Agile/DevOps environments using CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes to deploy production-ready AI agents

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, IT automation, or SaaS development
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, workflow automation, or intelligent IT service management
  • Proven experience working with LLMs and integrating RAG pipelines into enterprise solutions
  • Experience in scripting/programming languages such as Python or Java
  • Demonstrated ability embedding security and compliance controls into AI or automation solutions
  • Experience with IT operations, incident management, and ticketing systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and multi-agent orchestration platforms like Crew AI or Vertex AI
  • Track record of reducing operational burden via automation or agentic AI in enterprise environments
  • Certifications in AI, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), or ITSM platforms
  • Experience developing front-end AI interfaces such as chatbots, copilots, or self-service portals
