As an Associate Solution Consultant in our Business/Sales Operations & Strategy team, you’ll partner with the field sales team to uncover customer business challenges, complex processes, and architectural landscapes. You’ll craft world-class integrated solutions using DocuSign’s e-signature and CLM products, delivering custom demonstrations and engaging stories that showcase the transformative value of modernizing the System of Agreement. This individual contributor role, reporting to the Sr Manager, Solution Consultant, focuses on driving net-new business in assigned territories through technical credibility, value selling, and collaborative excellence in a fully remote designation. You’ll engage stakeholders at all levels with insightful conversations, technical Q&A, process diagrams, and roadmap discussions, while articulating clear business value. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the field sales team to discover and understand customer business challenges, complex processes, and architectural landscapes
  • Build world-class integrated solutions leveraging DocuSign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform and e-signature products
  • Deliver engaging stories and custom-built demonstrations to illustrate the value of modernizing a prospect’s System of Agreement
  • Collaborate with sales to cultivate and secure net-new business within assigned territories and targeted accounts
  • Uncover, comprehend, and document complex business challenges, processes, and enterprise architecture
  • Engage in meaningful business and technical conversations, sharing industry insights with stakeholders across all levels and business units
  • Establish technical credibility through product expertise, custom demos, technical Q&A, business process diagrams, and product roadmap discussions
  • Articulate recommendations and business value to diverse audiences
  • Work collaboratively with sales partners and internal teams to deliver a world-class buying experience
  • Demo and sell based on DocuSign’s defined value selling methodologies
  • Support enterprise customers in integrating DocuSign solutions with ERP, CRM, and ECM systems

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Basic experience in a technical Pre-Sales or Sales role selling enterprise-level software
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in delivering software demonstrations in person and virtually
  • Experience with technical business documentation such as workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and RFIs
  • Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization
  • Familiarity with electronic signature concepts and intelligent agreement management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pre-Sales experience within a mid-market or enterprise-level SaaS offering, ideally cloud-based
  • Familiarity with enterprise-class software systems like ERP, CRM, and ECM
  • Familiarity with system integration methods such as web services, SOAP APIs, and REST APIs
  • Familiarity with web-based solutions, website development, HTML, XML, and structured data
  • Experience in value-based selling methodologies for e-signature and CLM solutions
