As Business Integrity Systems and Experience Manager in our Global Business Integrity team within Legal, you'll focus on the human side of compliance. This individual contributor role reports to the VP, Deputy General Counsel, Global Business Integrity Group, and is designated as Remote. You'll lead digital transformation by redesigning workflows with AI, analytics, and DocuSign's IAM technology; pioneer user-friendly systems for ethical decisions; own high-impact initiatives maturing our compliance program; design global experiences embedding integrity into daily work; partner cross-organizationally; pilot integrity use cases; collaborate with legal ops on automation; and champion well-designed programs as a trustworthy brand cornerstone. Basic qualifications include a BA/BS in behavioral science, psychology, UX/UI, legal tech, or related fields, plus 8+ years in relevant in-house global roles with behavioral frameworks. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation of the Global Business Integrity team by applying behavioral science to redesign compliance systems and workflows, making ethical choices intuitive and effortless
  • Pioneer user-friendly compliance systems leveraging AI, data, analytics, and DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) technology to enable responsible decision-making
  • Develop and deliver a holistic strategy to transform client and customer experiences in integrity and compliance programs
  • Own and lead high-impact initiatives influencing company-wide operations and maturing compliance and risk management effectiveness
  • Design a global integrity program prioritizing seamless, intuitive experiences for employees and customers using behavior design principles
  • Partner with stakeholders to build smart, simple solutions that motivate positive behaviors and embed integrity into daily workflows
  • Develop, pilot, and test integrity use cases integrated with e-signature and CLM technologies
  • Collaborate with legal operations to leverage automation and emerging tech, reducing friction and tracking satisfaction in workflows like intake, triage, due diligence, approvals, monitoring, and reporting
  • Champion integrity programs as a competitive advantage, operationalizing them to support DocuSign's trustworthy brand and innovation culture
  • Provide actionable insights from compliance data to drive strategic change and responsible growth

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS in a relevant field such as behavioral science, psychology, organizational behavior, UX/UI design and project management, legal and compliance tech design, organizational development, or change management
  • 8+ years of proven experience in a relevant in-house role at a global company, with a focus on compliance, integrity, or user experience design
  • Demonstrated experience applying behavioral science, human-centered design, or similar frameworks to influence behavior and drive compliance
  • Strong understanding of compliance systems, workflows, and risk management in a technology-driven environment
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in legal, compliance, or integrity functions
  • Proficiency in leveraging data, analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance user experiences
  • Ability to manage high-impact projects and provide actionable insights from compliance data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree or Professional Certification in behavioral science, UX/UI design, legal tech, compliance, organizational development, or change management
  • Relevant experience in a corporate integrity and compliance function at a SaaS or tech company
  • Creativity in using emerging technologies like SaaS, legal tech, compliance tech, AI, or DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM)
