As a Content Writer in Customer Success, Consulting & Support, you are a crucial individual contributor reporting to the Senior Learning and Development Program Manager. You will develop, edit, and manage comprehensive training and knowledge documentation that bridges technical expertise in e-signature and CLM with practical application. Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and leaders, you ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with DocuSign's goals, creating high-quality instructional materials and operational guides that adhere to corporate standards and foster knowledge sharing. Your work empowers employees to excel, boosting organizational performance and customer satisfaction in our fast-paced, innovative environment. Key responsibilities include crafting training curricula like knowledge base articles and assessments, producing multimedia aids for e-signature workflows, and building interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360. You will convert classroom training to online formats grounded in adult learning principles, manage content repositories, and continuously update materials to reflect evolving business needs. This remote role demands full schedule flexibility, including weekends, to support our global teams delivering cutting-edge agreement management solutions.
