We are looking for a Data Management Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting the Human Resources Data Management team. As a key part of our broader People Technology and Operations team, this individual will work across HR to maintain and ensure the integrity of our employee data. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the data used for business decisions, compliance, and employee satisfaction in our innovative e-signature ecosystem. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead, Data Management, within the People & Workplace Experience category. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams and external vendors to operationalize employment data processes, audit changes in HR systems like Workday for hiring, promotions, leaves, and terminations, and contribute to projects enhancing operational efficiency and data integrity. Your recommendations will improve Data Management methodologies, analytics, and technologies, while assisting with SOX audits through evidence collection, testing, and reviews. Thriving in our fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will work with autonomy, exercise judgment to maintain confidentiality, and support ad hoc needs driving DocuSign's innovation culture. Job Designation: Hybrid - Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required (Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation). Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and external vendors to operationalize and execute employment data processes
  • Audit employee and contingent worker changes in HR systems, including hiring, data updates, promotions, leaves of absence, and terminations to ensure data integrity
  • Contribute to projects that drive operational efficiency and improve data integrity across DocuSign's HR systems
  • Recommend and document improvements to Data Management methodologies, analytics, technologies, and processes
  • Assist with SOX control audits, including evidence collection, data auditing, monitoring, testing, and process reviews
  • Work with increased autonomy while collaborating with teammates for decisions and approvals on implementations
  • Support ad hoc responsibilities based on business needs, such as data reporting for intelligent agreement management insights
  • Maintain accurate employee data to support compliance, business decisions, and employee satisfaction in DocuSign's e-signature ecosystem
  • May be required to come to the office for meetings or other responsibilities
  • Leverage HR data to enable innovation in DocuSign's fast-paced, high-growth environment

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of HR related work experience in a high growth organization
  • Experience with Workday or other HCM Systems
  • Ability to work 10am - 7pm Mexico Standard Time (aligning to 8am - 5pm Pacific Time)
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written communications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of various HR and People Operations processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience with ServiceNow HR Ticketing system
  • Experience with Google Workspace, including Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Proven ability to think outside the box in high transaction volume, shifting environments
  • Experience maintaining confidentiality and exercising good judgment in HR data handling
