Leading a team of 10-12 high-performing Technical Program Managers, you will drive the development and execution of our eSignature product strategy, scaling best practices for seamless collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams. Your expertise in managing large, complex programs will resolve cross-functional challenges, ensure clear executive communication, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation in our agile environment. Reporting to the VP, Technology Development & Operations, you will operationalize the eSignature business, align stakeholders, and deliver initiatives that power DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) demands a roll-up-your-sleeves leader with 12+ years in TPM, deep technical acumen in SaaS/enterprise tools, and a passion for e-signature innovation. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 10-12 Technical Program Managers for DocuSign's eSignature/B2I organization
  • Partner strategically with GVPs of Product and Engineering to define program management processes and execute eSignature product strategy
  • Define and drive the technical program management roadmap aligned with DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management vision
  • Establish and scale best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance program efficiency and delivery across product, engineering, and business teams
  • Act as key advisor to senior leadership on resource allocation, project prioritization, risk mitigation, and intelligent agreement innovation
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders in product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless cross-functional execution
  • Serve as primary communication channel, delivering clear updates to executives and fostering transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Resolve complex cross-functional issues, manage capacity planning for compute/storage/AI/human capital, and drive data-driven program enhancements
  • Mentor TPMs, nurture the TPgM community, and develop talent pipelines to support DocuSign's culture of innovation and agility
  • Lead execution of cross-functional programs in scaled agile environments, defining success metrics and maintaining momentum for eSignature initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) in SaaS and enterprise environments
  • Proven track record of directly managing complex, multi-year programs from inception through delivery
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise tools including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, AWS, and business intelligence platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView
  • Strong experience with data warehousing solutions such as Teradata, Redshift, Google BigQuery, and solid SQL proficiency
  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, especially Agile, and tools like JIRA and Clarity PPM
