As an individual contributor reporting to the RVP, Enterprise Sales, DACH, you will prospect and expand within existing Enterprise accounts and new prospects, showcasing how our e-signature and CLM solutions transform agreement workflows. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days per week in-office) demands a hunter mindset to build pipelines, deliver compelling demos, negotiate deals, and collaborate across teams to exceed quotas in core verticals like Banking, Insurance, Pharma, and High Tech. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, native German proficiency, and a proven ability to sell value to C-level executives while managing complex sales cycles. Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas to drive DocuSign's growth in the DACH enterprise market
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through targeted prospecting in DACH territory and core verticals
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations highlighting DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Conduct virtual and phone-based demos showcasing e-signature, CLM, and agreement automation capabilities
  • Develop, negotiate, and close enterprise-level proposals and contracts
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue using SFDC and other sales tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SDRs, MDRs, Solutions Engineers, Account Managers, Partners, Legal, Security, Professional Services, and Customer Support
  • Prospect and expand opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts and new prospects in DACH
  • Align DocuSign solutions with customer needs to accelerate business processes and unlock trapped data in agreements
  • Stay ahead of market trends to position DocuSign as the leader in e-signature and agreement management

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in technology or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of full sales cycle deal management from prospecting to close
  • Experience interacting with and selling to C-level executives and line-of-business leaders
  • Demonstrated success in selling value and ROI, aligning solutions with customer strategic objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and consistently qualify deals in or out
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting methodologies and tools, with SFDC experience
  • Native-level German language proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Tenacity, drive to win, and strong interpersonal sales presentation skills
