We are seeking an ECS Account Executive - DACH (German Speaker) to drive DocuSign's enterprise sales in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. As an individual contributor reporting to the RVP, Enterprise Sales, DACH, you will prospect and expand within existing Enterprise accounts and new prospects, showcasing how our e-signature and CLM solutions transform agreement workflows. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days per week in-office) demands a hunter mindset to build pipelines, deliver compelling demos, negotiate deals, and collaborate across teams to exceed quotas in core verticals like Banking, Insurance, Pharma, and High Tech. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, native German proficiency, and a proven ability to sell value to C-level executives while managing complex sales cycles.
