Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data trapped inside of documents. As a key member of our cohesive, values-driven People & Workplace Experience team, the LatAm Employee Relations Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor and culture steward in our innovative, high-tech environment. This individual contributor role, reporting to the Sr. Director, Employee Relations, handles the full spectrum of sensitive ER issues with empathy and rigor—including investigations, accommodations, and caregiver requests—while leveraging data to provide proactive counsel that mitigates risks and fosters trust across our global teams. You will plan and lead impartial investigations into concerns like harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, partnering with Legal to ensure compliance with LatAm laws (especially Brazil and Mexico) and DocuSign policies. Analyzing evidence, documenting findings in professional reports, and communicating with stakeholders including HRBPs and leaders will be core to your impact. You'll also manage accommodation requests for seamless service, track trends via HR Acuity and Workday to recommend systemic solutions, and develop policies/training that align with our e-signature innovation culture, enabling managers to thrive in a matrixed, shared services structure. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese, you'll build trust at all levels through high emotional intelligence, mediation skills, and strategic guidance. Join us to drive a positive work environment where employees feel empowered to innovate, knowing their contributions help make the world more agreeable.
