The Enterprise Account Executive is a highly motivated self-starter responsible for developing and closing new business or expanding our footprint in assigned geographic territories. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Enterprise and Majors, this individual contributor role demands exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas through proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption of DocuSign's IAM, e-signature, and CLM solutions. Success requires eagerness to learn our innovative platform, quick adaptation to customer needs, and collaboration with internal teams and the DocuSign partner ecosystem to deliver transformative value. Key responsibilities include identifying and closing Enterprise opportunities, executing land-and-expand account plans, building CxO and line-of-business relationships, managing rollouts, and leveraging resources like Presales and Alliances. You will craft compelling demonstrations showcasing how DocuSign's solutions align with strategic objectives across verticals like Banking, Insurance, and High Tech. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) thrives in our innovation-driven culture committed to trust, equality, and making the world more agreeable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, progress, and close Enterprise sales opportunities with new and existing accounts
  • Expand and grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell of DocuSign solutions
  • Build and execute comprehensive Enterprise account plans using land-and-expand strategies
  • Develop key relationships at CxO, Head of Function, and line of business levels
  • Manage project and program rollouts for DocuSign Intelligent Agreement Management implementations
  • Leverage internal resources including Presales, Telesales, Alliances, Professional Services, and Legal to drive sales success
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations highlighting e-signature and CLM value
  • Seek new Enterprise business by recommending DocuSign products, services, and partner solutions
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement accurately using DocuSign sales tools
  • Drive adoption and usage of DocuSign solutions in collaboration with internal teams and partners
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly quotas through proactive deal management and territory development

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (basic level required)
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Direct SaaS sales experience in an Account Executive or equivalent quota-carrying role
  • Proven experience selling to large Enterprise clients
  • Track record of successfully delivering digital value-based SaaS solutions to large Enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of multiple industry verticals including Banking, Insurance, Pharma, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Professional Services, and High Tech
  • Demonstrated experience aligning value-based solutions with customer strategic objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary, typically about 25%
  • Proven ability to sell value and ROI to C-level executives as well as line of business leaders
  • Experience with Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM), e-signature, and CLM platforms
  • Success in land-and-expand strategies within Enterprise accounts
