Key Responsibilities

  • Drive success of DocuSign’s goals by achieving and exceeding individual sales quotas in the Northeast territory
  • Qualify sales opportunities using DocuSign’s sales methodology, focusing on customer fit, success criteria, and intelligent agreement management needs
  • Identify, cultivate, and close net-new enterprise business while managing existing relationships for renewals, retention, and expansion
  • Build comprehensive account plans and strategies for targeted Northeast enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with internal resources including Senior Executives, Presales, Professional Services, and Legal to execute high-impact sales campaigns
  • Uncover customer needs and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders across Lines of Business, IT, Procurement, and C-level management
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue accurately using DocuSign’s sales tools and CRM systems
  • Quarterback complex deals from opportunity identification to close, introducing DocuSign’s e-signature and CLM innovations
  • Promote DocuSign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform to accelerate business processes and unleash trapped data
  • Ensure customer success by aligning DocuSign solutions with enterprise digital transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of direct enterprise-level experience in a software sales environment
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, including success with 1M+ deals
  • Strong portfolio of C-level contacts within enterprise accounts across diverse industries
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace suite
  • Willingness to travel 25% or more as needed within the Northeast territory
  • Experience managing multi-state territories and large enterprise customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years of enterprise-level SaaS sales experience in cloud-based technology within the Northeast territory
  • Track record of managing multiple large accounts and driving expansions in e-signature or agreement management solutions
  • Deep knowledge of intelligent agreement management, e-signature, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms
  • Prior success in hybrid net-new and expansion sales within Fortune 500 accounts
