Your mission is to generate qualified opportunities that fuel the sales funnel and drive new revenue growth in EMEA, with a focus on the DACH market. Spend 80% of your time mastering outbound calls to educate prospects on DocuSign's transformative e-signature and CLM solutions, uncovering their needs, and scheduling impactful meetings with Account Executives. Drive brand awareness through strategic email and call campaigns while maintaining meticulous records in Salesforce. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days per week in-office) demands fluency in German and English, sales cycle experience, and a passion for solution-selling in a dynamic SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities and pipeline within the defined DACH territory
  • Spend approximately 80% of time on outbound prospect calls to educate customers on DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Gain deep insights into prospects' business needs related to e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM)
  • Drive brand and product awareness in the DACH market through targeted email and call campaigns
  • Schedule high-impact appointments with qualified prospects for Account Executives
  • Accurately record all prospect information and activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Present a balanced approach to cold calling, relationship development, sales processes, and appointment setting
  • Collaborate with sales teams to progress opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Contribute to growing DocuSign's presence in EMEA by generating qualified revenue opportunities
  • Maintain excellent organizational standards to manage high-volume leads effectively

Required Qualifications

  • Basic fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • 1+ years of related experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in sales cycles and solution-selling tactics
  • Proficiency using Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound calling environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Availability for hybrid work model with minimum 2 days per week in-office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of success in outbound sales or business development roles
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in SaaS, e-signature, or intelligent agreement management solutions
