As an Account Executive for the France Mid-Market segment, you will drive new revenue and expand DocuSign’s presence within a defined set of mid-market accounts. This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Manager, Mid-Market, and focuses on owning your territory plan for new logo wins and customer expansion. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while engaging C-level stakeholders and building multithreaded relationships using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC. Position IAM, e-signature, and CLM solutions as strategic enablers that transform customer outcomes, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver maximum impact. This hybrid role requires minimum 2 days per week in-office to foster collaboration in our dynamic sales environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a territory plan focused on new logo acquisition and expansion within existing mid-market customers in France
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing and customer onboarding
  • Engage at C-level and build multithreaded relationships using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodology
  • Position DocuSign’s Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) solutions as transformative business enablers, linking directly to customer outcomes like accelerated workflows and data insights
  • Drive e-signature and CLM adoption by demonstrating ROI through DocuSign's innovative platform
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Partners, and Product teams to maximize deal impact and customer value
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, rigorous pipeline discipline, and consistent execution against quarterly and annual quotas
  • Prospect and qualify opportunities within a defined set of mid-market accounts to fuel revenue growth
  • Leverage DocuSign's #1 e-signature and CLM leadership to differentiate in competitive deals
  • Adapt to hybrid work model with minimum 2 days per week in-office, fostering team collaboration and innovation

Required Qualifications

  • Basic fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience at mid-market or enterprise level
  • Proven experience with CRM tools, Salesforce preferred, and strong pipeline management skills
  • Ability to manage large volumes of active deals and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in French and English
  • Self-starter mindset with comfort in autonomy and ambiguity
  • Willingness to travel as needed within France and occasionally internationally
