As a GTM Enablement Process Manager - Process & Tools, you will be a pivotal individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Enablement Content Responsibility. You will develop and deliver high-impact tools, processes, and methodologies content empowering global Sales and Customer Success teams to excel in selling and supporting DocuSign's intelligent agreement management platform. Owning complex enablement deliverables, you will translate intricate e-signature, CLM, and GTM processes into clear, actionable resources through hands-on content creation, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. In this hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office), you will lead creation of sales guides, training modules, FAQs, and quick references for tools like Salesforce and processes like forecasting and quoting. Represent Enablement on strategic projects, influence stakeholders across IT, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, and CS Ops, and ensure content aligns with DocuSign's brand while advocating fiercely for customer-facing teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of diverse, complex enablement content including sales guides, process documentation, training modules, FAQs, best practices, and quick reference guides for global GTM tools and processes focused on intelligent agreement management
  • Manage standard and non-standard work assignments, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with DocuSign's e-signature innovation and brand standards
  • Maintain accountability for the accuracy, relevance, and impact of owned deliverables, acting as a fierce advocate for Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Represent the Enablement function on cross-functional projects with IT, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, CS Ops, advising on content strategy for e-signature and CLM solutions
  • Act as a functional lead on strategic initiatives with long-term impact, determining optimal structure and approach using multiple data sources
  • Collaborate extensively with GTM teams to gather information, validate content on sales methodologies, quoting, forecasting, and territory planning
  • Influence without authority across organizational levels, building trusted relationships and diplomatically challenging ideas for optimal business outcomes
  • Distill complex intelligent agreement management concepts into clear, audience-tailored communications that drive Sales and CS excellence

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of significant experience in GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, or related function within enterprise software or SaaS environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field
  • Experience with standard Sales and Customer Success efficiency tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Apttus, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proven ability to deliver increasingly complex content, translating intricate processes or technical concepts into clear, actionable resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexities and tailor messages to different audiences
