As a GTM Enablement Process Manager - Process & Tools, you will be a pivotal individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Enablement Content Responsibility. You will develop and deliver high-impact tools, processes, and methodologies content empowering global Sales and Customer Success teams to excel in selling and supporting DocuSign's intelligent agreement management platform. Owning complex enablement deliverables, you will translate intricate e-signature, CLM, and GTM processes into clear, actionable resources through hands-on content creation, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. In this hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office), you will lead creation of sales guides, training modules, FAQs, and quick references for tools like Salesforce and processes like forecasting and quoting. Represent Enablement on strategic projects, influence stakeholders across IT, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, and CS Ops, and ensure content aligns with DocuSign's brand while advocating fiercely for customer-facing teams. Thrive in our fast-paced, innovation-driven environment by distilling complexities, making precedent-setting decisions, and fostering alignment without authority. What you bring: 8+ years in GTM/Sales/CS Enablement in SaaS, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, expertise in Salesforce and sales tools, proven content mastery, and strong communication. Preferred: content tools proficiency, enablement platforms, SaaS industry knowledge, leadership experience. Passion for technology and DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management leadership required. Pay ranges vary by location (e.g., CA: $126,900-$197,800 base) plus bonus, RSUs, comprehensive benefits.
