As a GTM Enablement Sr. Business Partner in the Customer Success, Consulting & Support team, you will partner closely with APJ sales leaders, frontline managers, and cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps, deliver targeted enablement programs, and reinforce critical selling behaviors for our e-signature and CLM innovations. Acting as a key business partner to a sales or customer success leader in an assigned APJ region/segment, you will develop GTM enablement strategies aligned with business priorities, OKRs, and local needs. Owning the end-to-end enablement plan and calendar, you will design, deliver, and track programs accelerating talent development in products, industry knowledge, and role-based competencies—driving superior customer conversations and revenue growth in our fast-paced innovation culture. This individual contributor role reports to the Manager, GTM Business Partners - APJ. Key responsibilities include translating objectives into quarterly plans, coaching managers, facilitating skill-building sessions on discovery, negotiation, and value selling, and tracking impact on KPIs like win rates and deal velocity. You will reinforce methodologies like MEDDICC and tools such as Salesforce and Highspot, while serving as a feedback loop to global teams on field insights. Collaborating across Enablement, Product Marketing, and GTM Ops, you will ensure alignment with launches, ICP shifts, and campaigns in the intelligent agreement management space. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in-office (may vary by team). Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with APJ sales and GTM leadership to align enablement strategies with business OKRs, priorities, and performance targets for intelligent agreement management solutions
  • Translate strategic objectives into quarterly enablement plans addressing skill, process, and execution gaps in e-signature and CLM sales motions
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and frontline managers to identify performance gaps and build customized enablement plans tied to outcomes like win rates and deal velocity
  • Coach frontline managers on reinforcing selling behaviors and adoption of methodologies like MEDDICC and tools such as Gong, Highspot, and Salesforce
  • Design and deliver targeted training programs, including live/virtual sessions, deal clinics, role plays, and workshops on discovery, negotiation, value selling, and renewals
  • Act as strategic feedback loop to Enablement, Product, and GTM Ops teams, sharing field insights on DocuSign's e-signature and agreement management innovations
  • Track impact of enablement initiatives on KPIs through collaboration with Enablement Operations and analytics teams
  • Partner with Global Enablement, Product Marketing, and GTM Operations to support launches, sales plays, and campaigns aligned with ICP shifts
  • Ensure consistency across APJ GTM teams by collaborating with fellow Enablement Business Partners and prioritizing content creation
  • Recommend iterations to onboarding and programs based on performance data, rep feedback, and market changes in the e-signature industry
  • Serve as primary enablement point of contact for assigned APJ region/segment GTM teams (AEs, CSMs, SCs)

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Sales Leadership
  • Proven ability to deliver training virtually or in-person to large groups of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with go-to-market sales motions including Enterprise, Midmarket, and SMB
  • Deep understanding of sales stages and methodologies such as MEDDIC, Sandler, Challenger, and supporting CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence sales leaders
  • Experience with enablement platform technologies including LMS like Highspot or Seismic
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing and executing enablement programs tied to sales KPIs like quota attainment, win rates, and deal velocity
  • Familiarity with performance coaching and behavior change strategies in B2B SaaS environments
