As a GTM Enablement Sr. Business Partner in the Customer Success, Consulting & Support team, you will partner closely with APJ sales leaders, frontline managers, and cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps, deliver targeted enablement programs, and reinforce critical selling behaviors for our e-signature and CLM innovations. Acting as a key business partner to a sales or customer success leader in an assigned APJ region/segment, you will develop GTM enablement strategies aligned with business priorities, OKRs, and local needs. Owning the end-to-end enablement plan and calendar, you will design, deliver, and track programs accelerating talent development in products, industry knowledge, and role-based competencies—driving superior customer conversations and revenue growth in our fast-paced innovation culture. This individual contributor role reports to the Manager, GTM Business Partners - APJ. Key responsibilities include translating objectives into quarterly plans, coaching managers, facilitating skill-building sessions on discovery, negotiation, and value selling, and tracking impact on KPIs like win rates and deal velocity. You will reinforce methodologies like MEDDICC and tools such as Salesforce and Highspot, while serving as a feedback loop to global teams on field insights. Collaborating across Enablement, Product Marketing, and GTM Ops, you will ensure alignment with launches, ICP shifts, and campaigns in the intelligent agreement management space. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in-office (may vary by team).
