Develop and execute roadmaps for G&A functions, delivering AI-first solutions that automate processes, streamline operations, and cut costs—integrated seamlessly with e-signature and CLM capabilities. Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and IT to translate needs into features, manage backlogs with user stories, lead agile ceremonies (including MLOps), and validate features for compliance. Leverage AI metrics to measure impact, like faster reconciliations, while ensuring intuitive, trustworthy tools for internal users like finance analysts. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for G&A business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal), aligning with DocuSign's intelligent agreement management goals
  • Define strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-first intelligent automated enterprise solutions to streamline operations and reduce administrative costs
  • Define and manage product requirements, collaborating with developers, UX designers, business stakeholders, and data science teams
  • Identify and implement AI/ML-driven process automation integrated with e-signature and CLM platforms
  • Conduct testing and validation of new features, ensuring alignment with compliance standards, financial regulations, labor laws, and data security
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate into product features enhancing agreement workflows
  • Work with engineering and data teams for seamless integration of AI capabilities into core enterprise platforms
  • Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and impact analyses to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Leverage data and advanced analytics to drive business decisions and measure ROI of AI innovations
  • Enhance efficiency through automation, focusing on DocuSign's growth needs in a SaaS environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management and Enterprise Applications
  • Experience designing and executing system implementations and process optimization projects within critical enterprise functions such as Finance, Commerce, Human Resources, Procurement, and other corporate G&A
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements
  • Conceptual understanding of Machine Learning (ML) models, including supervised vs. unsupervised learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI (GenAI)
  • Experience with AI-specific performance metrics (e.g., accuracy, precision, recall) and designing experiments to measure business impact of AI features (e.g., reconciliation speed improvements)
  • Ability to define clear product vision, long-term roadmaps, and prioritize features based on measurable business value (e.g., time savings from automation)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing product backlogs, writing detailed user stories and technical requirements, and leading agile ceremonies for software and MLOps
  • Expertise in implementing and extending enterprise packaged software (e.g., Oracle, Workday, Salesforce) in SaaS environments
