In this individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering, you'll contribute to architectural design and software development, collaborating with remote Product, Design, and Engineering teams. Key responsibilities include brainstorming and implementing new features, improving processes, and owning product delivery in an entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design, implementation, testing, and release of innovative products for DocuSign's Notary team
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code in C#, .NET, and other object-oriented languages
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to develop new features for intelligent agreement management
• Participate in Agile/Scrum environment, conducting code reviews, automated unit testing, end-to-end testing, CI/CD, and deployments
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems using telemetry, metrics, and microservices for global e-signature solutions
• Brainstorm, architect, and implement new solutions to meet global business needs
• Investigate, resolve, and maintain code for production issues, ensuring high availability
• Mentor junior engineers and improve team processes while taking ownership of product features
• Contribute to architectural design and software development in collaboration with remote teams
• Ensure code quality, readability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices in an entrepreneurial environment

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack development
• Proficiency in modern server-side development using C# and .NET framework
• Experience building advanced web applications with client-side TDD practices
• Hands-on experience with both NoSQL and SQL databases
• Familiarity with Docker or other containerization technologies
• Experience using Git or other version control systems
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a SaaS environment
• Practical knowledge of cloud technologies including Kubernetes, Azure, and large-scale microservice architectures
• Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, and regional cloud deployments
• Experience with JavaScript and React.js
• Expertise in debugging high-priority production issues in fast-paced environments
• Proven track record as a self-starter with strong sense of ownership and passion for new technologies
