Department: Engineering

Work Mode: Hybrid

About the Role

DocuSign brings agreements to life, empowering over 1.5 million customers and a billion people across 180 countries with intelligent agreement management. As the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM), we unleash business-critical data trapped in documents, accelerating business processes and simplifying lives. Join our Collaboration & Negotiation team as a Lead Fullstack Software Engineer with a strong UI focus—an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Engineering. Thrive in our innovative, entrepreneurial culture where you'll drive UI design, software development, and feature ownership for cutting-edge e-signature and negotiation tools. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ship high-quality features that enhance DocuSign's platform. Represent craftsmanship excellence, mentor colleagues, improve processes, and build scalable, fault-tolerant systems with telemetry and metrics. Tackle production issues, ensure code maintainability, and lead by example in our fast-paced, ownership-driven culture. We're seeking a self-starter with 12+ years in software engineering, deep UI expertise, and SaaS/cloud experience. Passion for new technologies, Agile proficiency, and strong communication skills are key. Help us innovate in intelligent agreement management while enjoying competitive pay, RSUs, comprehensive benefits, and a diverse, inclusive workplace committed to trust and equality. #LI-Hybrid
