About the Role

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate business processes and simplify lives through intelligent agreement management. As the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM), we unleash business-critical data trapped in documents, connecting it to systems of record to save time, money, and opportunity. We’re seeking a seasoned Lead UX Architect for our Experience Design team to architect the foundational structure of our enterprise platform. As a systems thinker and design strategist, you’ll zoom out to define intuitive, scalable experiences across our product suite, focusing on how features for e-signatures, CLM, and agreement workflows are organized, navigated, and experienced. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Experience as an individual contributor, you’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams in an agile environment to align efforts, streamline workflows, and ensure logical structures that minimize friction for enterprise users in regulated industries. In this hybrid role (minimum 2 days per week in-office), you’ll lead enterprise-wide UX architecture, evolve navigation and interaction frameworks for end-to-end journeys, conduct audits to eliminate redundancies, and facilitate workshops to champion user-centered innovation. Thrive on solving complex problems, bringing order to ambiguity, and elevating the user journey—your work will build trust and make the world more agreeable. Docusign is committed to diversity, equal opportunity, and accommodations; apply to contribute to our mission of transforming agreements globally.

  • Advocate for user-centered design principles, guiding teams to address real-world complexity across personas, roles, and use cases in agreement processes
  • Champion intuitive structures that reduce friction, build user trust, and strengthen the overall experience for DocuSign's global customer base
