As Manager, Global Sales Development Enablement, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of enablement programs powering our global Sales Development organization. Reporting to the Vice President, GTM Enablement, you will mentor a high-performing team of enablement professionals to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that equip SDRs, MDRs, and PDRs with the skills to sell Docusign's industry-leading e-signature and agreement management solutions. Your leadership will accelerate time to quota attainment, boost pipeline generation, and drive sales productivity in our fast-paced SaaS environment. You will partner with Sales Development, Sales Operations, and GTM leadership to align enablement initiatives with Docusign's innovation culture and business objectives. From new hire onboarding and product launch training to ongoing skill development across the sales development lifecycle, you will oversee scalable programs delivered through blended learning modalities. Leveraging data-driven insights, LMS platforms, Salesforce, conversation intelligence tools, and modern sales methodologies, you will continuously optimize enablement effectiveness and foster a culture of excellence. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) offers the opportunity to shape Docusign's global sales enablement strategy while working with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, trust-based culture committed to innovation and customer success.
