As Manager, Global Sales Development Enablement, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of enablement programs powering our global Sales Development organization. Reporting to the Vice President, GTM Enablement, you will mentor a high-performing team of enablement professionals to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that equip SDRs, MDRs, and PDRs with the skills to sell Docusign's industry-leading e-signature and agreement management solutions. Your leadership will accelerate time to quota attainment, boost pipeline generation, and drive sales productivity in our fast-paced SaaS environment. You will partner with Sales Development, Sales Operations, and GTM leadership to align enablement initiatives with Docusign's innovation culture and business objectives. From new hire onboarding and product launch training to ongoing skill development across the sales development lifecycle, you will oversee scalable programs delivered through blended learning modalities. Leveraging data-driven insights, LMS platforms, Salesforce, conversation intelligence tools, and modern sales methodologies, you will continuously optimize enablement effectiveness and foster a culture of excellence. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) offers the opportunity to shape Docusign's global sales enablement strategy while working with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, trust-based culture committed to innovation and customer success. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Sales Development Enablement professionals, fostering high-performance and growth
  • Define and execute the global sales development enablement strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with GTM objectives
  • Oversee design, development, and delivery of scalable learning experiences across the Sales Development lifecycle
  • Partner with Sales Development, Sales Operations, and GTM leadership to identify priorities and drive strategic initiatives
  • Establish and track KPIs for enablement effectiveness including time to quota, pipeline generation, and conversion rates
  • Drive operational efficiency using agile methodologies for rapid program iteration and deployment
  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing enablement integration across the organization
  • Optimize utilization of enablement tools including LMS, CRM, conversation intelligence, and prospecting platforms
  • Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve programs and identify new enablement opportunities
  • Manage team workload, performance reviews, and career development for direct reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 5+ years of related experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Learning & Development
  • At least 2 years in a direct people management role leading enablement professionals
  • Experience leading and developing geographically dispersed teams in a global context
  • Proficiency with instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training methodologies (ADDIE, SAM)
  • Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
  • Strong project management and analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of sales development lifecycle, sales processes, and modern sales methodologies
  • Experience in SaaS or technology company environments, ideally with e-signature or agreement management solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), conversation intelligence (Chorus), and sales engagement platforms
  • Experience contributing to strategic roadmaps and managing program budgets
  • Certifications in instructional design, project management, or sales methodologies
