As Manager, SMB - French Market, you will lead a dynamic team of Account Executives selling DocuSign's e-signature and CLM solutions to small and medium businesses across France. Reporting to the Area Vice President, Commercial, France, this people manager role focuses on identifying new customers, driving creative adoption of our diverse solution suite, and building a fast-growing sales engine. You'll coach your team to overachieve quotas, implement renewal strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to align on go-to-market priorities, all while embodying DocuSign's commitment to innovation and customer success in a hybrid work model (minimum 2 days/week in-office). Key to success is your ability to hire culturally aligned talent, foster skill development in prospecting, forecasting, and negotiations tailored to French SMB verticals, and contribute to high-impact deal closures. You'll leverage Salesforce.com for precise reporting, communicate field insights to shape product roadmaps, and ensure seamless use of sales tools.
