As a Market Development Representative (MDR) for the DACH market in our Global Sales Development team, you will generate qualified opportunities that fuel the sales funnel and drive new revenue to expand our EMEA presence. This individual contributor role reports to the Market Development Manager and focuses on the dynamic DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You'll thrive in a hybrid environment, dividing time between in-office collaboration (minimum 2 days per week) and remote work, leveraging DocuSign's innovative culture to pioneer e-signature adoption. Your days will be filled with strategic outbound prospecting—mastering cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns to educate prospects on how DocuSign's solutions transform agreement processes. You'll identify high-potential leads, uncover business needs, schedule impactful meetings with Account Executives, and meticulously track everything in Salesforce, all while building DocuSign's brand in DACH.
