As a Market Development Representative (MDR) - Italian Speaking in our Global Sales Development team, you will generate qualified opportunities that advance through the sales funnel, driving new revenue and expanding DocuSign's presence in EMEA, with a focus on the Italian market. This individual contributor role reports to the Market Development Manager and involves hybrid work (minimum 2 days per week in-office). You will identify new business in your territory, execute multi-channel outbound prospecting to showcase DocuSign's e-signature and CLM solutions, and schedule impactful meetings with Account Executives while meticulously tracking activities in Salesforce. What you bring: 1+ years of related experience, fluency in Italian and English, sales cycle expertise, and proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities and pipeline within a defined Italian territory
  • Manage and plan territory strategy and outbound campaigns to target key accounts
  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting including email, calls, and LinkedIn to educate prospects on DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Drive brand and product awareness for DocuSign's e-signature and CLM solutions in the Italian market through regular campaigns
  • Gain insights into customer business needs and qualify opportunities for progression through the sales funnel
  • Schedule high-impact appointments with high-potential prospects for Account Executives
  • Accurately record all prospect information and activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Present a balanced approach combining cold calling, relationship development, consultative sales processes, and appointment setting
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
  • Monitor and report on pipeline metrics to contribute to revenue growth in EMEA
  • Stay updated on DocuSign innovations to effectively communicate value propositions

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of related experience in sales or business development
  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and verbal)
  • Experience with sales cycles and solution-selling tactics
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to manage CRM data entry and tracking
  • Understanding of outbound prospecting in B2B environments
  • Familiarity with multi-channel sales outreach strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of success in outbound sales or business development roles
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills
