We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and execution of high-impact demand generation programs across the Asia region, fueling growth for our e-signature and CLM innovations targeting Enterprise accounts. This individual contributor role, reporting to the Director, Asia Marketing, demands a blend of data expertise, full-funnel campaign mastery, and seamless partnership with in-region Sales and Sales Development teams. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to design and execute campaigns across webinars, email, digital ads, ABM, and more, generating awareness, high-quality pipeline, and revenue acceleration for DocuSign's transformative solutions. Oversee regional budgets, deliver metrics-driven reports, and pivot strategies to optimize performance in a dynamic B2B SaaS landscape. The ideal candidate thrives in DocuSign's innovative culture, bringing 6+ years of Asia-focused B2B SaaS marketing experience, enterprise account expertise, and tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Tableau. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns for DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform across the Asia region
  • Manage and execute campaigns across channels including webinars, email, digital advertising, ABM, and events to drive awareness and interest in e-signature and CLM solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams to define audiences, develop personas, and align on pipeline goals targeting Enterprise accounts
  • Oversee the regional marketing budget, providing regular data-backed reports on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue forecasts
  • Monitor program performance, communicate insights, and adjust strategies to address pipeline gaps and optimize ROI
  • Collaborate closely with in-region Sales and Sales Development teams to ensure marketing initiatives accelerate new customer acquisition
  • Leverage analytics tools to measure KPIs, identify trends, and recommend data-driven optimizations for demand generation
  • Influence cross-functional projects, leading campaign development and execution focused on B2B SaaS innovation
  • Develop and execute partner marketing programs to expand DocuSign's reach in Asia
  • Utilize AI tools for personalized marketing, content creation, and market research to enhance campaign effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of demonstrated experience managing demand generation and new customer acquisition programs for B2B SaaS or technology companies within Asia
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing successful full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate high-quality pipeline, and accelerate revenue
  • Direct experience marketing B2B solutions to large Enterprise accounts and navigating complex buying centers
  • Experience building cross-functional relationships and alignment, particularly with Sales leadership and Sales Development organizations
  • Metric-driven mindset focused on setting and measuring KPIs with highly analytical ability to drive insights and trends from data
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-departmentally in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
