DocuSign is seeking a highly driven, data-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team as an individual contributor reporting to the Marketing Director, ANZ. This role focuses on planning, implementing, and executing integrated demand programs across multiple channels to drive engagement and pipeline for our Intelligent Agreement Management platform. The ideal candidate brings B2B SaaS marketing expertise, a passion for e-signature innovation, and a track record of campaign success that directly supports revenue growth in the dynamic ANZ market. In this hybrid role (minimum 2 days per week in-office), you will develop comprehensive marketing initiatives collaborating with Sales and Marketing stakeholders, manage programs across email, content, social, webinars, and events, and analyze performance to optimize for pipeline impact. Partnering closely with Sales, you will refine account targeting, enable lead follow-up, and address gaps through agile strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to drive demand for DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Manage multi-channel demand programs including email nurturing, content syndication, paid social, webinars, regional events, and third-party industry events
  • Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics to identify optimization opportunities and refine strategies for maximum pipeline impact
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently to achieve business objectives and ROI targets
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to optimize account-based targeting, accelerate lead follow-up, and provide sales enablement materials
  • Monitor program performance against KPIs, communicate results to leadership, and pivot strategies to address pipeline gaps
  • Leverage DocuSign's e-signature and CLM solutions in campaign storytelling to highlight innovation in agreement management
  • Build alignment across APAC/ANZ teams to support regional growth in intelligent agreement management adoption
  • Drive ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns tailored to key accounts in the ANZ region
  • Report on demand generation metrics and contribute to quarterly business reviews with Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Stay ahead of market trends in digital agreements, e-signatures, and SaaS innovation to inform campaign strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing demand and customer engagement programs for technology or B2B SaaS companies, with a proven track record of driving successful pipeline generation
  • Hands-on experience with multiple demand channels including digital advertising, paid social, webinars, field events, and email marketing to generate qualified leads
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and optimizing campaign performance to maximize pipeline impact using data-driven insights
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships, particularly with Sales leadership and Sales Development teams
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with exposure to e-signature, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or intelligent agreement management solutions
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting to measure KPIs and ROI for demand generation programs
  • Track record of collaborating with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and ensure seamless lead handoff
