We’re seeking a strategic and creative Partner Program & Enablement Communications Manager in our Sales & Partnerships team to lead communications across our global partner ecosystem. In this individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Partner Programs and Success, you’ll drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of partner programs by delivering clear, consistent, compelling messaging. As the guardian of partner program communications, you’ll ensure alignment across all touchpoints, empowering partners (SIs, resellers, MSPs, ISVs, CSPs) to succeed with Docusign’s e-signature and CLM innovations. Work cross-functionally with global and regional teams, sales enablement, product marketing, and operations to inform, equip, and inspire partners for mutual growth. Key responsibilities include developing global communications strategies tied to program milestones, creating curated collateral like guides and presentations that highlight business outcomes, executing campaigns via portals, email, and events, and analyzing metrics (open rates, portal visits, attendance) plus feedback to optimize effectiveness. Maintain communication calendars and repositories for timely, engaging content that simplifies complex enablement resources, training paths, and certification programs. This remote position requires 12+ years leading partner communications in SaaS or tech, a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications/Business, multi-channel expertise, strong writing skills, and data-driven insights. Preferred: project management prowess, collaborative experience, and tool proficiency (PRM, CMS, LMS). Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global partner program and enablement communications strategy aligned with DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management objectives
  • Ensure partners clearly understand program requirements, benefits, and resources to drive e-signature and CLM adoption
  • Collaborate with partner sales enablement to promote training, accreditation, certification paths, and growth resources
  • Create compelling partner-facing collateral including FAQs, guides, presentations, and messaging highlighting business outcomes
  • Plan and execute communication campaigns to boost awareness and participation in key partner initiatives
  • Maintain consistent communication cadence via calendars, repositories, partner portals, email, and channels
  • Partner with product marketing, global partner teams, and operations to align messaging on e-signature innovations
  • Monitor metrics like email open rates, portal visits, and event attendance to optimize strategies
  • Collect and analyze partner feedback through surveys and analytics to refine messaging and materials
  • Act as guardian of partner program messaging for consistency across all DocuSign touchpoints

Required Qualifications
