Platform Engineer, Trust & Safety

Location: Bengaluru, India

Department: Security

Work Mode: Hybrid

About the Role

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate business processes and simplify lives through intelligent agreement management. As the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM), we unleash business-critical data trapped in documents, connecting it to systems of record to save time, money, and opportunity. Join our innovative culture where trust is paramount, and help protect our platform as we pioneer the future of secure digital agreements. It's an exciting time to join DocuSign's Trust & Safety Platforms team as a Platform Engineer. You'll build and maintain our anti-fraud intelligence platform—the 'central nervous system' empowering operations analysts to monitor external threats, disrupt bad actors, and provide self-service tools. This individual contributor role, reporting to the Director of Trust & Safety, drives our shift to a proactive security posture, integrating diverse data sources and automation to accelerate Trust & Safety operations. Your work will directly safeguard our users, e-signature ecosystem, and brand integrity in a hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office). In this role, you'll architect scalable systems, develop secure APIs and data pipelines, and implement automated takedowns for malicious activities, all while collaborating across Engineering, Product, and Security teams. Leverage your expertise in modern languages, cloud technologies, and fraud detection to innovate within DocuSign's dynamic environment. We value problem-solvers who thrive in agile settings, mentor peers, and contribute to a culture of openness, equality, and world-changing impact. #LI-Hybrid #LI-SV6
