Job Description

Product Designer - Admin

Location: Seattle, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; San Francisco, California

Department: Product Development, Management & Experience

Work Mode: Hybrid

About the Role

DocuSign brings agreements to life, empowering over 1.5 million customers and a billion people across 180 countries with the #1 e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions. Our Intelligent Agreement Management platform leverages AI to unlock business-critical data trapped in documents, transforming it into insights and actions that accelerate contract reviews, boost productivity, and free organizations from the 'Agreement Trap.' As a Product Designer - Admin in our Product Development, Management & Experience team, you'll craft elegant, customer-focused web applications (desktop and mobile) for millions of global users, designing end-to-end features that redefine agreement management in the 21st century. This individual contributor role reports to the Lead Product Designer in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days/week in-office). You'll champion design excellence by exploring big ideas and narrowing them into inventive, detail-obsessed solutions that balance business needs with user-centered simplicity. Partnering closely with product managers, engineers, user researchers, and tech writers, you'll define features impacting the entire platform, own full-stack execution from UI architecture to visual polish, and measure ongoing success. Deliverables will span storyboards, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect assets, while contributing to DocuSign’s scalable design system to ensure consistency across our ecosystem. Grounded in analytics and research, you'll rely on intuition to fill gaps, driving innovations that make agreements more intelligent and actionable. We're seeking a talented designer with 5+ years crafting consumer, enterprise, and mobile experiences for large-scale web services, specializing in interaction, visual design, and prototyping tools like Figma. Your portfolio should demonstrate research-driven strategy, clear rationales, and compelling storytelling. In our fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment, thrive with a growth mindset, ego-free curiosity, and passion for shipping work that elevates DocuSign’s brand. Join us to build trust, foster belonging, and make the world more agreeable through innovative design.

  • Leverage analytics, user research, and design intuition to inform decisions that accelerate contract review cycles and boost organizational productivity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile environment to guide teams toward a shared product vision while breaking the 'Agreement Trap'
