As a Product Designer in Engineering, you'll craft elegant, end-to-end designs for new features on our Intelligent Agreement Management platform, empowering users worldwide to transform agreement data into insights and actions. This individual contributor role reports to the Lead Product Designer in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days/week in-office). You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and writers to own design execution, run design thinking workshops, and produce deliverables from wireframes to pixel-perfect prototypes for web and mobile. By contributing to our design system and leveraging data-driven intuition, you'll help accelerate contract reviews, boost productivity, and maintain scalable excellence across our ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Champion innovative design by exploring bold ideas and refining them into feasible, detail-oriented solutions for DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
• Design end-to-end features that transform trapped agreement data into actionable insights, accelerating contract reviews and boosting enterprise productivity
• Partner closely with product management, engineering, user research, and tech writers to define and execute multiple product features with senior designer support
• Facilitate and participate in cross-functional design thinking workshops to align teams around a shared vision
• Produce high-fidelity deliverables including storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets for web and mobile
• Contribute and expand DocuSign’s design system with new patterns to ensure scalable, consistent experiences across our e-signature and CLM ecosystem
• Leverage quantitative data like analytics and qualitative insights from research, supplemented by design intuition, to create elegant user experiences
• Collaborate effortlessly across teams to break the 'Agreement Trap' and empower millions of global DocuSign users
• Foster a creative, supportive culture within the Product Experience team through mentorship and knowledge sharing
• Ship designs that reflect DocuSign's brand responsibility, innovation, and commitment to making agreements come alive

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical work experience
• 2+ years of experience designing consumer, enterprise, and mobile user experiences for large-scale web services
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design strategy, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user research inspiration
• Strong ability to articulate design decisions, rationale, and compelling stories that drive cross-functional alignment
• Experience leveraging analytics, user research, and design intuition to inform customer-focused solutions
• Proven track record of contributing to scalable design systems in a fast-paced tech environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in interaction design, visual design, and design thinking methodologies
• Experience with AI-driven platforms or intelligent agreement management tools
• Background in e-signature, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or enterprise SaaS products
• Hands-on experience running cross-functional design thinking workshops
• Familiarity with web and mobile design for global user bases across 180+ countries
