Our Product-Led Growth UX Design team seeks an enthusiastic Product Designer to lead UX, visual design, and experimentation across commerce and product experiences. With a focus on complex SaaS management tools, you'll shape experiences for millions of global customers in e-signature and CLM. As an individual contributor reporting to the Director, Product Experience, PLG, you'll own UI, design architecture, interactions, and motion design—driving end-to-end work from vision sketches to data-validated iterations. Leverage AI for agentic experiences, conduct research, run experiments, and collaborate cross-functionally in our hybrid model (minimum 2 days/week in-office). You'll thrive by balancing business goals with intuitive, user-centered solutions in ambiguous settings, using analytics, competitive insights, and qualitative data to innovate. Partner with PMs on roadmaps, engineers on implementations, and teams across marketing, content, and support to deliver cohesive journeys. Your portfolio of systems design and SaaS expertise will help evolve DocuSign's platform, fostering growth mindsets through critiques and mentorship in our collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end UX, visual, interaction, and motion design for high-impact commerce and product experiences in DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Lead design of next-generation agentic and AI-powered experiences, leveraging AI tools for ideation and productivity
  • Sketch, wireframe, prototype, and deliver high-fidelity designs and scalable design systems
  • Drive qualitative user research to validate designs and deepen customer understanding in e-signature and CLM workflows
  • Analyze quantitative data and web experiments to iterate, measure, and optimize user experiences
  • Conduct competitive analysis and apply industry best practices to innovate agreement management interfaces
  • Facilitate design reviews, vision discussions, and feedback alignment with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering
  • Collaborate with marketing, product design, engineering, content, and customer support teams for cohesive experiences
  • Partner with product managers to shape roadmaps and deliver business objectives
  • Ensure implementation fidelity and brand consistency across global customer touchpoints
  • Mentor design peers through critiques and contribute to team design culture

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical work experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional UX design experience
  • Portfolio (with password) showcasing strong systems design skills and innovative work
  • Demonstrated UX design experience in SaaS, B2B, or B2C commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in designing for desktop and mobile web standards
  • Experience leading end-to-end design processes from ideation to implementation
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with minimum 2 days per week in-office
  • Authorized to work full-time in the US without sponsorship
