As Product Manager, Admin Experience, you will own the critical first impression for our key users: Contract Managers and Administrators. Your mission is to craft an intuitive Admin Control Center and guided setup experience that enables rapid organization configuration, settings management, and seamless product rollout. This individual contributor role, reporting to the Director of Product Management, is pivotal—success hinges on empowering these power users to quickly oversee agreements via our e-signature and CLM platform, driving adoption across DocuSign's suite. You'll engage directly with customers to understand Admin needs, advocate for their experience, and collaborate with product, design, research, data science, and engineering teams to deliver aligned, impactful features. Define metrics like activation and time-to-value to iterate intelligently, fostering an innovation culture that simplifies complex B2B workflows. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and execution for an Admin Control Center serving as the primary hub for Contract Managers/Admins to manage data configuration, operational status, insights, and notifications
  • Design and deliver a guided setup process within the Control Center to lead Admins step-by-step through critical configuration tasks for rapid onboarding
  • Deeply understand the needs of Contract Managers and Administrators through direct customer research, interviews, and data analysis
  • Serve as the internal advocate championing the Admin experience across DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, research, data science, and engineering teams to align features with overall product strategy
  • Define and track key success metrics like activation rates, setup completion, and time-to-value to drive data-informed decisions
  • Work with diverse stakeholders including business partners and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive experiences that accelerate e-signature and CLM adoption
  • Continuously iterate on the Admin experience based on customer feedback, usage data, and competitive analysis
  • Ensure the Admin Control Center integrates seamlessly with DocuSign's e-signature and agreement management solutions
  • Contribute to the innovation culture by proposing novel features that simplify complex organizational workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or a related technical discipline
  • 2+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable components using data or logic to support conclusions
  • Experience owning product vision and execution for user-facing features in enterprise software
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and research
  • Foundational understanding of software product development lifecycle
  • Ability to engage directly with customers through research and data analysis

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to technical and non-technical partners
