As a Product Manager for Management Services, you'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for administrative solutions that boost adoption and usability within our Intelligent Agreement Management platform. You'll track engagement and adoption metrics to ensure seamless, secure, and flexible tools meet customer needs across e-signature workflows. This individual contributor role, reporting to the Lead Product Manager, demands strong analytical and communication skills to drive user engagement and enhance company-wide agreement management in a hybrid work model (minimum 2 days per week in-office). You'll define strategies to drive discoverability, leverage customer research for deep insights into personas and lifecycles, and collaborate with research, engineering, data science, marketing, design, and support teams to launch features. Owning market trends and high-value use cases, you'll prioritize roadmaps, craft developer-ready requirements, and partner cross-functionally for on-time delivery and go-to-market success. Key Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy and roadmap to drive discoverability and adoption of management solutions within DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Drive the vision and requirements for features, translating them into functional specifications for delightful e-signature and administrative experiences
  • Leverage primary and secondary research to understand customers across their lifecycle, from awareness to renewal and expansion
  • Own market insights, staying ahead of industry trends in agreement management, e-signature, and CLM to anticipate customer needs
  • Develop deep understanding of key personas, struggles, and jobs-to-be-done through collaboration with customers, User Research, and Marketing
  • Profile high-value, innovative use cases from key customers to inform product evolution
  • Monitor, measure, and report on key business and customer metrics with Data Science, identifying opportunities for testing and experimentation
  • Evaluate and prioritize product roadmap and backlogs for effective Agile release and sprint planning
  • Facilitate requirements definition into developer-ready epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, managing dependencies with other PMs
  • Partner with Program Management, Design, and Engineering to deliver products on time and to quality
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Pricing, Sales, Support, Legal, and Security for successful go-to-market and adoption of administrative tools

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of related work experience in digital product management, preferably in digital SaaS business
  • Experience driving adoption and engagement metrics for SaaS products and services
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Experience using iterative or Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Experience working on prospecting platforms, preferably Outreach
  • Demonstrated success as an experienced influencer in cross-functional teams
  • Background in e-signature, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or intelligent agreement management
