As Product Manager - Strategic Partner Solutions, you will define and execute the strategy for Docusign's integrations with key strategic partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Your initial focus will deliver seamless Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) integrations within the procurement ecosystem (Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay), such as with Coupa and SAP, building a scalable framework for expansion to other enterprise ecosystems. You will own the integration lifecycle from discovery to adopted solution, ensuring Docusign IAM acts as a native extension of partner platforms for mutual customers. This highly cross-functional individual contributor role reports to the Sr. Director, Product Management and sits at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, business development, and the partner ecosystem. In this role, you will support the definition and own execution of product strategy for strategic ISV integrations, own end-to-end roadmaps including APIs, embedded components, and data flows, champion data-driven success metrics, drive platform roadmap alignment, collaborate on joint GTM initiatives, and communicate progress to leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for DocuSign's integrations with key strategic partners and ISVs, starting with procurement ecosystems like Coupa and SAP
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for integration apps, including bidirectional data flows, embedded UI components, and API-level connections
• Build a scalable framework for DocuSign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) to expand beyond procurement into other enterprise ecosystems
• Champion a data-driven culture, tracking metrics like adoption rates, feature usage, data sync success, customer retention, and expansion impact
• Drive alignment across multiple product and engineering teams to ensure core DocuSign platform roadmaps (e.g., APIs, Maestro, Navigator) support ISV needs
• Collaborate with Business Development, Partner Marketing, and Sales to create joint GTM plans, field enablement content, and customer support
• Manage the full integration lifecycle from discovery and partner alignment to development, launch, and post-launch iteration
• Provide timely, transparent communication to leadership on charter progress, key metrics attainment, and strategic roadmap
• Ensure DocuSign e-signature and IAM solutions become native extensions of partner platforms for seamless mutual customer experiences
• Identify opportunities to innovate within DocuSign's intelligent agreement management platform to accelerate business processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS, platform, or integration-focused roles
• Proven track record of identifying customer and partner problems, defining joint product strategy, and delivering complex, cross-functional solutions with high adoption
• Experience working in an Agile development environment in a global, multi-geolocated setup
• Strong technical background, with ability to engage in design discussions on API design, data modeling, embedded components, and integration architecture
• Demonstrated success in owning end-to-end product roadmaps from concept to launch and iteration
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and business development teams
• Ability to drive influence and alignment in matrixed organizations to achieve strategic goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience building integrations within major enterprise software ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Salesforce, Oracle)
• Domain knowledge in procurement, Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product strategy, prioritization, and adoption metrics
• Proven influencer skilled in partnering with external ISVs and internal GTM teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments
