As a Product Manager on the Docusign Identify team, you will own the full lifecycle of features from concept to launch, expanding our identity verification offerings worldwide. Your work will directly enhance customer security, compliance, and trust, powering secure e-signatures and agreement management across 180+ countries. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to craft exceptional product experiences, understand our vision and strategy, contribute to the roadmap, and execute plans that drive OKRs. This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Manager, Product Manager, Identify, in a highly collaborative cross-border team pushing the boundaries of identity innovation. This hybrid position requires minimum 2 days per week in-office, blending remote flexibility with collaborative energy. Key Responsibilities

• Lead features from concept to launch based on defined business strategy and OKRs for DocuSign Identify
• Understand market, competitors, and customer needs through collaboration with Customers, User Research, Data Science, and Marketing
• Drive next-generation identity verification innovations enhancing DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
• Collaborate with Senior Product Manager and leadership on product roadmap, release, and sprint planning
• Lead definition and design of features, iterating with customers, business, UX, program, and engineering stakeholders
• Facilitate requirements definition, translating into developer-ready JIRA user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support Senior Product Manager in backlog prioritization and execution
• Define and analyze product metrics to inform success and continuous improvement
• Work closely with Customer Support, Product Management, UX, Development, and Marketing on go-to-market strategies
• Advocate for customer security, compliance, and trust across 180+ countries

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management
• Basic knowledge of user experience and interaction design fundamentals
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French
• Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of metrics-driven product success measurement

• Experience in identity verification space and/or compliance products
