As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with our Recruiters as the backbone of the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless interview process for every candidate. You are the face of DocuSign, representing our brand of trust, innovation, and efficiency to prospective employees. In this 6-month fixed-term contract individual contributor role reporting to the Lead, Recruiting Coordination, you will schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and occasional onsite), act as the primary point-of-contact for candidates and teams, and maintain superior candidate experiences. You'll track candidates meticulously in our ATS (iCIMS preferred), audit data for compliance, and provide training on TA processes—all while embodying our commitment to outstanding service in a hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in-office weekly). Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule candidate interviews (phone, virtual, and occasional onsite) by coordinating with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding schedules, modifications, and logistical arrangements
  • Ensure a superior candidate experience for both internal and external talent engaging with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Maintain timely and accurate tracking of candidates through the recruiting process in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ticketing system
  • Provide auditing support to ensure accuracy and compliance of job offers and essential TA data processes
  • Impart knowledge and training on operational processes and applications for the TA team’s scheduling and workflows
  • Exhibit effective, adaptable communication skills across all organizational levels and global regions
  • Support recruiting events, including offsite events and batch day interviews
  • Perform data entry and audits of key employment information into the ATS
  • Handle other recruiting-related administrative tasks as required to support DocuSign’s innovative hiring needs

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • 1+ years of professional work experience in recruiting, administrative support, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience providing exceptional, consistent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Self-directed problem solver with a strong desire to contribute to DocuSign’s reputation and success in intelligent agreement management
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS preferred)
  • Familiarity with e-signature and contract lifecycle management industry dynamics
  • Previous exposure to high-volume recruiting coordination in a tech/SaaS company
  • Knowledge of hybrid work models and virtual interview tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
  • Experience supporting recruiting events or batch interviews
