The Renewal Coordinator - French Speaking is a high-impact individual contributor role within Sales & Partnerships, owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory. Reporting to a Manager, Renewal Management, you will minimize financial attrition, secure favorable terms, identify growth opportunities, and deliver insights that enhance DocuSign's e-signature and CLM offerings. Fluent in French and English, you will engage French-speaking customers, resolve complex issues creatively, and collaborate across teams to drive win/win outcomes that strengthen partnerships and maximize revenue. In this remote role based in Egypt, you will implement negotiation strategies to enhance contract value, maintain rolling forecasts, leverage customer data for renewal health assessments, and achieve targets for revenue, bookings, and billings. Partnering with Account Executives, Customer Success, Legal, and more, you will prioritize high-impact renewals, adhere to best practices in CRM and forecasting, and contribute to DocuSign's innovation by sharing frontline insights on intelligent agreement management. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory, minimizing financial attrition while locking in favorable terms
  • Implement win/win negotiation strategies for high-volume renewals that enhance contract value and strengthen customer trust
  • Identify and pursue account growth opportunities by collaborating with account teams during renewal cycles
  • Maintain and update a rolling forecast of territory renewals, proactively communicating risks to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product Management to develop renewal strategies
  • Leverage customer data and behavior to assess renewal health and prioritize efforts for optimal outcomes
  • Adhere to best practices in Opportunity Management, CRM hygiene, data accuracy, quotes, and forecasting
  • Achieve financial and strategic targets for revenue, bookings, and billings
  • Resolve diverse renewal issues creatively, drawing on SaaS contracting expertise and DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Provide business insights from renewals to improve future e-signature and CLM outcomes
  • Project-manage the full renewal lifecycle, pulling in resources as needed to ensure timely execution

Required Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in Egypt without sponsorship
  • 1+ years of experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Fluent in written and spoken French
  • Demonstrated ability to manage SaaS contract renewals
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and revenue forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success within SaaS offerings
  • Experience in quota-carrying sales roles with proven achievement of targets
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of driving contracts to timely completion
