Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory, minimizing financial attrition while locking in favorable terms
  • Implement win/win negotiation strategies for high-volume renewals that enhance contract value and strengthen customer trust
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities by collaborating with account teams during renewal cycles
  • Maintain and update rolling territory forecasts, proactively communicating renewal risks to develop resolution strategies
  • Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product Management for renewal strategies
  • Leverage customer data and behavior to assess renewal health and prioritize efforts for optimal outcomes
  • Achieve financial and strategic targets for revenue, bookings, and billings while adhering to best practices in CRM hygiene, opportunity management, and forecasting
  • Evaluate portfolio to prioritize high-impact renewals, pulling in resources as needed to drive success
  • Provide business insights from renewals to improve future outcomes in DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Resolve diverse renewal challenges creatively, demonstrating full understanding of SaaS contracting dynamics

Required Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in Egypt
  • 1+ years of experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • Demonstrated ability to manage SaaS contract renewals
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and revenue forecasting
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a sales environment
