The Renewal Specialist (RS) is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Renewal Specialists, owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory. This remote position, based in Egypt, focuses on minimizing financial attrition, securing favorable terms, identifying growth, and delivering insights that drive future success while strengthening customer partnerships in our innovative SaaS ecosystem. The ideal Renewal Specialist brings deep SaaS contracting expertise to resolve complex issues creatively, implementing win/win negotiation strategies for high-volume renewals that boost contract value and trust. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to craft renewal strategies, maintain rolling forecasts, flag risks, and leverage customer data for health assessments. By prioritizing portfolios for optimal outcomes, achieving revenue, bookings, and billings targets, and adhering to best practices in CRM hygiene, Opportunity Management, and forecasting, you ensure maximum financial results for Docusign while contributing to account growth through intelligent agreement management insights. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory, minimizing financial attrition
  • Implement win/win negotiation strategies for high-volume renewals that enhance contract value and customer trust
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities during renewals and collaborate with account teams
  • Maintain and update rolling territory forecasts, communicating renewal risks to develop resolution strategies
  • Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product Management
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to assess renewal health and prioritize high-impact accounts
  • Achieve financial targets for revenue, bookings, and billings while adhering to best practices in CRM hygiene and forecasting
  • Work on diverse problems requiring data analysis, creative issue resolution, and strategic insights
  • Follow internal processes for Opportunity Management, Data Quality, Quotes, and Forecasting
  • Work Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm shifts in a remote capacity

Required Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in Egypt
  • 1+ years of experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage SaaS contract renewals
  • Experience in maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success within SaaS offerings
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of driving contracts to completion on time
  • Experience in quota-carrying sales role with consistent achievement of targets
  • Strong process management, financial acumen, and contractual engineering skills
  • Ability to project-manage renewal cycles, coordinating cross-functional resources
