As a French Speaking Sales Development Representative in Global Sales Development, you'll be the driver of new business relationships, connecting with prospects interested in DocuSign and targeting high-potential opportunities across EMEA. This individual contributor role reports to the Sales Development Manager, EMEA, in a hybrid designation requiring minimum 2 days in-office weekly. In this role, you'll achieve SQO quotas by dedicating 80% of your time to phone outreach on inbound leads with real DocuSign potential. Educate customers on our e-signature innovations and gain deep insights into their needs using targeted questions and natural rapport skills. Qualify leads by understanding their business strategies and how DocuSign's platform can transform their agreement processes, then deliver informative entries in our CRM for Account Executives while scheduling initial meetings. Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quotas consistently
  • Spend 80% of time on outbound phone calls to prospective businesses from inbound lead flows
  • Identify and target potential clients with high opportunity for DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Educate prospects on DocuSign's e-signature, CLM, and agreement solutions
  • Gain insights into customer business needs using targeted questions and rapport-building skills
  • Understand client business strategies and articulate how DocuSign contributes to their success
  • Provide qualified, informative leads in CRM for Account Executives to pursue
  • Schedule initial discovery calls and act as liaison between prospects and sales teams
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Manager, EMEA, to optimize lead generation processes
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in CRM database
  • Contribute to team goals in a hybrid work environment with minimum 2 days in-office per week

Required Qualifications

  • Basic fluency in French and English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Track record of success in outbound sales or business development roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage new people and companies
  • Ability to multi-task and take ownership of success in a driven team environment
