As a Sales Development Representative in Global Sales Development, you will qualify high-volume inbound leads by asking targeted questions to discern buying propensity and pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, this individual contributor role offers hands-on training in strategic selling, account research, and DocuSign's transformative e-signature solutions. Thrive in a hybrid designation (minimum 2 days per week in-office) within a dedicated team that celebrates wins and fosters innovation. Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify high-volume inbound leads through targeted questioning to identify buying propensity
  • Forward qualified opportunities to Account Executives for further pursuit
  • Share detailed information about DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform and e-signature solutions
  • Ask insightful questions about prospects' business intentions and challenges
  • Schedule appointments and demos between prospects and Account Executives
  • Accurately record prospect information and interactions in CRM database
  • Conduct research on targeted accounts to support strategic selling
  • Collaborate with sales team to maximize opportunity qualification
  • Contribute to team success in a high-energy, innovative culture
  • Adapt to hybrid work model with weekly in-office presence

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or relevant tertiary qualification
  • 1+ years of Sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Native fluency in Mandarin or Bahasa
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume inbound leads
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Access to designated office location for hybrid work (minimum 2 days per week)
