Docusign is seeking a Security Risk Manager to join our Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team. In this hands-on, individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Security Product Risk Management, you will lead modern, data-driven security risk assessments, advancing the maturity of our Security Risk Management program. Combining technical expertise with business acumen, you will translate complex risk findings into actionable insights that influence engineering, security, and business decisions—safeguarding our e-signature platform and fostering trust for global users. Success demands strong analytical skills, cross-functional influence, and a resolution-driven mindset in our innovative culture. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end risk assessments across applications, systems, and cloud environments; analyzing data for trends and root causes; partnering with teams to embed risk into prioritization; developing dashboards for leadership visibility; enhancing control frameworks; and leveraging GRC tools like ServiceNow to scale processes. You will stay ahead of emerging threats, balancing security with business goals in our hybrid work model (minimum 2 days/week in-office). Bring 5+ years in security risk management, a relevant degree, expertise in frameworks like NIST and FAIR, GRC platforms, and certifications such as CISSP or CRISC. Preferred: cloud/SaaS knowledge, data visualization skills, and proven stakeholder communication.
