As a Senior Channel Resell Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving significant growth through Docusign’s distributor and reseller ecosystem in France. You will own and expand high-impact partnerships, shaping channel strategies that accelerate revenue, strengthen partner relationships, and expand our footprint in the French market. This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Channel Resell, and involves managing key distributor and reseller relationships, designing scalable go-to-market strategies, influencing regional partner recruitment, and enabling joint business planning. You will collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to maximize partner productivity and deliver measurable business outcomes in e-signature and CLM adoption. In this role, you will own executive-level relationships with key distributors and resell partners, define regional strategies for recruitment and performance management, and build joint GTM plans aligned to Docusign’s priorities. Partnering closely with Marketing and Enablement, you’ll execute demand generation campaigns, training, and certification programs to empower partners. You’ll guide partner sales teams to accelerate pipeline, improve conversions, and close high-value deals while providing accurate forecasting and insights for leadership. As a trusted advisor, you’ll shape product positioning and deal strategies, represent the channel voice internally, and leverage senior relationships to drive executive sponsorship—all while mentoring peers and contributing to EMEA channel growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive executive-level relationships with key distributors and resell partners in France, ensuring joint success and measurable revenue growth
  • Define and lead regional partner strategy, including recruitment, enablement, and performance management to expand DocuSign's footprint
  • Build joint go-to-market plans with distributors and top partners, aligning to DocuSign’s priorities and achieving revenue targets
  • Partner with Marketing and Enablement to design and execute scalable demand generation campaigns, partner training, and certification programs
  • Guide and influence partner sales teams to accelerate pipeline creation, improve conversion rates, and close high-value e-signature and CLM deals
  • Provide accurate business forecasting, pipeline insights, and quarterly business reviews for leadership visibility
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners by influencing product positioning, value messaging, competitive differentiation, and deal strategy for DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Represent the voice of the channel within DocuSign, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align programs, resources, and investments
  • Leverage senior relationships within partner organizations to elevate engagement, drive executive sponsorship, and increase mindshare
  • Mentor peers within the channel organization, sharing best practices and contributing to the growth of the wider EMEA channel business
  • Travel as required (up to 50%) to support partner engagements and joint business planning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience driving results in channel sales, partner management, or equivalent quota-carrying roles within the SaaS industry
  • Experience influencing senior partner executives and leading joint business planning at a regional or country level
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding goals in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast accurately, report performance, and identify growth opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate complex, matrixed environments
