As a Senior Data Analyst in Business/Sales Operations & Strategy, you are highly curious about data and passionate about storytelling. You will directly support top-line metrics driving growth and retention across Docusign's e-signature and CLM platforms. Reporting to the Director, Data Product Management, this individual contributor role focuses on elevating data quality, fostering adoption among internal teams, and delivering core analysis to shape Finance decisions. You'll craft data narratives that illuminate opportunities, empower executives to accelerate decisions, and present insights tailored to diverse audiences—from technical engineers to C-suite leaders—in our fast-paced innovation culture. Key responsibilities include partnering with Finance and cross-functional teams to track KPIs like Bookings and Revenue, leveraging your expertise in Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake, and SQL to uncover insights from massive datasets. You'll gather stakeholder requirements, collaborate with engineering for execution, mentor junior analysts, and pioneer streamlined processes with ML forecasting and new technologies. Staying ahead of SaaS trends, you'll provide data-driven support that fuels DocuSign's leadership in intelligent agreement management. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in-office (frequency may vary by team). Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to track and analyze key performance indicators, applying in-depth knowledge of Bookings, Revenue, and growth metrics driving DocuSign's intelligent agreement management platform
• Partner with Finance teams to understand data needs, provide actionable insights, and deliver high-impact reports supporting e-signature and CLM business decisions
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and work with engineering teams to execute data solutions that accelerate business opportunities
• Identify opportunities to streamline data analysis, implement innovative technologies, and enhance the experience for internal customers at DocuSign
• Lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on data analysis techniques, standard processes, and tools like Tableau and Snowflake
• Apply advanced data modeling skills, including ML forecasting, to derive meaningful insights from large datasets
• Present data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management and executives, tailoring storytelling to diverse audiences
• Build compelling data stories that help executives understand opportunities in DocuSign's e-signature and agreement management ecosystem
• Drive adoption of analytics tools and improve data quality to influence retention and top-line growth strategies
• Stay current with industry trends in data analysis, SaaS metrics, and intelligent agreement management innovations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Finance or SaaS environments
• Strong knowledge of Bookings, Revenue, ACV, and other key finance metrics in subscription business models
• Proven expertise navigating Tableau, Salesforce, and Snowflake
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets
• Solid functional understanding of Finance with a proven track record supporting business-critical data and reporting at large SaaS companies
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of subscription business models and SaaS metrics
• Experience with ML modeling and forecasting
• Experience in Oracle ERP or CRM platforms
• Prior experience in e-signature, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or intelligent agreement management platforms
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring junior analysts
