DocuSign is seeking a highly driven, data-oriented Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team as an individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Director, North America Marketing. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) will develop, plan, implement, and execute integrated demand programs across multiple channels to drive engagement, pipeline generation, expansion, acceleration, and executive engagement for our Enterprise B2B SaaS platform. Working in tandem with field sales, you will create high-impact programs ensuring healthy pipeline coverage, monitor performance, and report on goal attainment in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key responsibilities include crafting field marketing strategies aligned to exceed sales targets, managing comprehensive initiatives with Marketing and Sales stakeholders, analyzing performance for optimization, budgeting resources effectively, and collaborating regionally for global alignment. Leverage your expertise in digital, paid social, events, email, and webinars to promote DocuSign's e-signature and CLM leadership, using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, and Folloze to deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in demand programs for tech/SaaS, a metric-driven mindset, cross-functional relationship skills, and passion for B2B innovation.
