DocuSign is seeking a highly driven, data-oriented Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team as an individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Director, North America Marketing. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) will develop, plan, implement, and execute integrated demand programs across multiple channels to drive engagement, pipeline generation, expansion, acceleration, and executive engagement for our Enterprise B2B SaaS platform. Working in tandem with field sales, you will create high-impact programs ensuring healthy pipeline coverage, monitor performance, and report on goal attainment in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key responsibilities include crafting field marketing strategies aligned to exceed sales targets, managing comprehensive initiatives with Marketing and Sales stakeholders, analyzing performance for optimization, budgeting resources effectively, and collaborating regionally for global alignment. Leverage your expertise in digital, paid social, events, email, and webinars to promote DocuSign's e-signature and CLM leadership, using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, and Folloze to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a field marketing strategy aligned with North America sales targets to drive pipeline growth for DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Plan, implement, and manage integrated demand programs across channels including email, content syndication, paid social, webinars, regional events, and third-party industry events
  • Collaborate closely with field sales teams to optimize account targeting, ensure rapid lead follow-up, and provide sales enablement materials tailored to e-signature and CLM solutions
  • Analyze campaign performance using data from Salesforce and Tableau to identify optimization opportunities and refine marketing mix for maximum pipeline impact
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives while scaling high-impact programs that accelerate deal cycles and executive engagement
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to create comprehensive initiatives that generate demand, expand existing accounts, and foster customer engagement
  • Monitor program performance in real-time, communicate results to leadership, and proactively adjust strategies to address pipeline gaps and ensure goal attainment
  • Work with regional counterparts to maintain global alignment on demand programs that promote DocuSign's innovation in agreement management

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience managing demand and customer engagement programs for technology or software companies, with a proven track record of successful pipeline generation
  • Strong experience marketing Enterprise B2B SaaS software, particularly in e-signature, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or intelligent agreement management solutions
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize for pipeline generation, and drive data-informed decisions
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with multiple demand channels including digital, paid social, field events, email marketing, webinars, and content syndication
  • Metric-driven mindset with expertise in setting, tracking, and achieving KPIs focused on pipeline coverage, expansion, acceleration, and executive engagement
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and cross-departmental initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, Folloze, and similar platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
