As a Senior Product Designer in Engineering, you will craft elegant, customer-focused experiences for our strategic integrations product area, delivering end-to-end designs for Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform. These AI-driven features help customers escape the 'Agreement Trap' by converting agreement data into actionable insights, speeding contract reviews, and enhancing organization-wide productivity. This individual contributor role reports to the Lead Product Designer in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days/week in-office), where you'll define product direction, own design execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship impactful work for millions of global users. You are a talented, passionate designer with strong analytics and storytelling skills, excelling at simplifying complex workflows while fostering team alignment around a shared vision. Responsibilities include creating design deliverables, contributing to cohesive design systems, leveraging research for optimization, and driving prioritization amid deadlines. Key Responsibilities

• Define product direction, own end-to-end design, execution, and measure improvements against short- and long-term goals for strategic integrations
• Design elegant, customer-focused experiences for Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform serving millions globally
• Create simple, intuitive solutions for complex workflows, including all design deliverables like wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks
• Develop cohesive cross-product experiences by contributing to style guides and pattern libraries
• Identify research opportunities to inspire, optimize, and evaluate designs for AI-driven agreement insights and actions
• Drive cross-functional teams to prioritize, execute, and ship features against multiple deadlines, evolving processes as needed
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to transform agreement data into actionable insights
• Mentor junior designers, fostering innovation in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM)
• Advocate for user needs in breaking the 'Agreement Trap' to accelerate contract reviews and boost productivity
• Measure design impact on user engagement and business outcomes in a hybrid work environment

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical work experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience designing consumer, enterprise, and mobile user experiences for large-scale web services
• Proven experience managing and mentoring junior team members in design and usability practices
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end designs for AI-powered platforms and complex workflows
• Experience designing for high-volume user bases in e-signature or agreement management products
• Strong portfolio showcasing intelligent agreement management, integrations, or enterprise SaaS experiences
