As Senior Product Manager - Data, AI & Agent Developer Experience, you will shape our extensibility story—enabling partners to integrate with Docusign's Data, AI Model, and AI Agent layers foundational to IAM. Focus on strategies for data IO, model customization, external system integrations for enhanced prompts, and custom agents for unique use cases. This scales our IAM vision globally across industries, leveraging developer contributions to e-signature innovations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management for Build Developer Experiences, this individual contributor role intersects product, engineering, marketing, and developer communities in a highly visible, strategic capacity. You will define product strategies and roadmaps for extensibility journeys, drive problem discovery to GTM, champion data-driven success via adoption metrics, lead cross-team alignment, collaborate on developer enablement, and communicate progress impacting IAM adoption. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Data IO, AI Model/LLM, and Agent extensibility developer journeys, driving problem discovery, solution implementation, and GTM to scale Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM)
• Own short, mid, and long-term product roadmaps for extension types, iteratively delivering capabilities, ensuring developer adoption, and solving end-customer problems to enable IAM scalability across industries
• Champion a data-driven culture using metrics like extension apps built/published, customization rates of data and agent platforms, and inbound/output transactions to measure success and identify improvements
• Provide leadership across multiple product and engineering teams in a federated model, leveraging influence and market knowledge to align core roadmaps with developer and partner ecosystem needs
• Collaborate closely with Developer Content, Advocacy, and Marketing teams to enable easy discovery, learning, building, publishing, and maintenance of extension apps
• Own timely, transparent communication to leadership and stakeholders on extensibility progress, key metrics, strategic roadmap, and impact on IAM product adoption
• Deeply understand DocuSign's AI product strategy and broader IAM vision, defining the critical role of developers in scaling e-signature and agreement management innovations internationally
• Shape the extensibility story for how partners integrate with DocuSign's Data, AI Model, and AI Agent layers to accelerate business-critical data unleashing from agreements
• Enable developers to contribute data in/out of platforms, customize data models, integrate external systems for augmented prompts, and supply custom agents for unique IAM use cases
• Sit at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, and the developer community to drive strategic, highly visible initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in developer experiences and/or developer platforms
• Experience shipping and managing developer-facing products such as APIs, Dev Docs, extensions, or similar developer platform primitives enabling bi-directional integration
• Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to developer and executive audiences through research summaries, solution roadmaps, requirement documents, execution updates, launch communications, and adoption reports
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in an Agile development environment, preferably in a global setup
• Strong technical background to engage in design discussions with engineering on extension contracts, packaging design, end-to-end developer experiences, and with Experience Design on Information Architecture and content
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product strategy, prioritization, and adoption

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in the architecture of modern AI agent systems, including high-quality data in model fine-tuning and RAG, and agent design for natural language interfaces
• Experience working with Independent Software Vendors, Systems Integrators, and Corporate Developers, understanding nuanced requirement differences
• Proven track record of identifying customer problems from the ground up, defining strategy, delivering solutions, and ensuring developer adoption beyond just features
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a history of influencing in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
