Leverage your SaaS expertise to build intuitive tools for citizen developers, launching use cases that streamline e-signatures, CLM, and enterprise workflows in an Agile environment. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) demands a passion for no-code innovation and enterprise scalability. You'll mature Maestro for large customers with robust reporting, auditing, monitoring, and permissions, while evangelizing its value externally. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for DocuSign Maestro, focusing on integrations across Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM), external systems, and applications
  • Mature the Maestro platform to meet enterprise needs, including advanced reporting, auditing, monitoring, and permissions management
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver high-impact features
  • Gather customer feedback, conduct market research, and analyze usage data to identify and prioritize Maestro improvements
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption, go-to-market strategies, and customer success for agreement automation
  • Represent Maestro in internal and external engagements, evangelizing its value to customers, partners, and analysts
  • Launch new agreement automation use cases, streamlining complex workflows with e-signature and CLM integrations
  • Ensure Maestro enables seamless digitization of agreement processes for compliance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven experience shipping and managing complex workflow automation, platform, or integration-focused products
  • Hands-on experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Demonstrated success in defining product strategy and roadmaps for enterprise platforms
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Track record of gathering customer feedback and leveraging data to drive product decisions
  • Familiarity with enterprise customer needs in reporting, auditing, monitoring, and permissions management
