Job Description

Senior Product Manager - Navigator

Location: Seattle, Washington; San Francisco, California

Department: Product Development, Management & Experience

Work Mode: Hybrid

About the Role

Docusign brings agreements to life, empowering over 1.5 million customers and a billion people across 180 countries to accelerate business and simplify lives through intelligent agreement management. As the #1 company in e-signature and CLM, Docusign unleashes trapped data from unstructured documents, connecting it to systems of record to drive efficiency, insights, and opportunity. Join our innovation-driven culture where bold ideas transform how enterprises manage agreements at scale. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Navigator with deep expertise in contract analytics to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered agreement repository—a cornerstone of Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform. As an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, you will master customer challenges in agreement relationships and end-to-end journeys, crafting roadmaps that expand Navigator use cases, boost enterprise adoption, and deliver breakthrough value. Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Product Marketing to define requirements, launch features, and innovate at the intersection of e-signature, AI, and analytics. In this hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office), you will build strategies supporting Navigator and IAM goals, validate customer problems via research partnerships, communicate requirements cross-functionally, analyze tradeoffs for consensus, track post-launch success, co-create GTM plans, and influence executives without authority. Thrive in Docusign’s inclusive environment committed to trust, equality, and impact—where your work makes the world more agreeable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own the strategy and roadmap for Docusign Navigator, driving end-to-end use cases within the Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback, partnering with Research teams to identify and validate pain points in agreement management
  • Define and communicate clear product goals, requirements, and success metrics for AI-powered features
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, UX, and other Product Managers to design, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions
  • Analyze cost/benefit tradeoffs, facilitate partner discussions, and drive consensus on feature decisions
  • Define critical metrics, implement tracking, and rigorously measure feature success post-launch to inform iterations
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategies to expand Navigator adoption in enterprise segments
  • Present product vision and strategy to executive leaders and teams to secure alignment and feedback
  • Influence stakeholders effectively without direct authority across Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams
  • Expand Navigator use cases to unlock new value from e-signatures and trapped agreement data for customers

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of related work experience in product management or similar roles
  • Proven experience with contract analytics and contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions
  • Thorough understanding of contract structures, organization methods, and unstructured document analytics
  • Direct hands-on experience engaging with or managing contracts throughout their full lifecycle, from creation and negotiation to execution and post-execution analysis
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams
  • Strong background in AI-powered solutions for agreement management and e-signature ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications

  • J.D. or equivalent legal degree
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to align strategy, customer needs, research, data, and industry trends
  • Excellent written communication skills, including authoring effective product requirement documents (PRDs)
  • Proven ability to review business and performance insights for data-driven product decisions
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS environments, particularly with e-signature and intelligent agreement platforms

Required Skills
