As Senior Product Marketing Manager, UK and Ireland, you will communicate the transformative value of Docusign’s IAM products and solutions in European markets, focusing on the UK and Ireland. Develop a deep understanding of local customers, their challenges, and how our eSignature, CLM, and IAM portfolio delivers superior results. This highly cross-functional individual contributor role reports to the Sr. Manager, Solutions Product Marketing - International, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Field Enablement to equip teams with compelling, localized messaging that generates and converts demand across the sales cycle. Key responsibilities include crafting narratives and assets that highlight how Docusign IAM revolutionizes agreement processes in core industries like Health and Life Sciences, Public Sector, and Financial Services. You’ll monitor product performance, support EMEA roadmaps, lead content localization, activate sales plays, and drive competitive intelligence—all while fostering feedback loops in our innovative, trust-building culture. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) thrives on self-starters who distill complexity into actionable insights, embodying Docusign’s commitment to equality, openness, and making the world more agreeable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and localize compelling messaging and assets that showcase the value of DocuSign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) applications, with primary focus on UK and Ireland
  • Monitor and report on product performance, pricing, packaging, and key audience trends to inform GTM strategies
  • Support development and prioritization of product roadmaps and GTM strategies for UK, Ireland, and broader EMEA markets
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to activate local solutions messaging, sales plays, generate demand, convert opportunities, and drive awareness
  • Lead localization of priority content across EMEA to ensure cultural and market relevance
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Sales to create and localize content for first- and third-party events
  • Work with GTM Enablement to develop, localize, and deliver sales enablement resources and training for field teams
  • Support competitive intelligence efforts to identify customer needs, refine messaging, and prioritize GTM opportunities
  • Build and maintain feedback loops with stakeholders to ensure content meets needs and performs with key customer audiences
  • Craft narratives illustrating how DocuSign IAM transforms agreement processes in core industries using eSignature and CLM innovations

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product marketing or equivalent go-to-market (GTM) experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant sales experience
  • Proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Field Enablement in a B2B environment
  • Direct experience working in EMEA markets, with deep knowledge of UK and Ireland dynamics
  • Native or bilingual fluency in English
  • Demonstrated success in developing data-driven GTM strategies that drive product adoption for SaaS solutions like eSignature or Intelligent Agreement Management
  • Experience creating and leading sales plays with measurable revenue impact
