We are seeking a highly strategic and analytically rigorous Senior Sales & Partner Insights Manager to elevate data-driven decision-making across our Sales and Partner organizations. In this senior individual-contributor role reporting to the Director, Sales & Partner Strategy & Insights, you will be a thought partner to Sales and Revenue leaders, shaping how we anticipate performance gaps, uncover growth in e-signature and CLM adoption, and align on long-term GTM strategy. Own proactive analytics, predictive insights, and executive narratives that empower forward-looking decisions in our fast-paced SaaS environment, leveraging advanced GTM motions, data modeling, and strategic autonomy. Key responsibilities include advising executives on risks and opportunities, ensuring data consistency as the source of truth, partnering cross-functionally on metrics for intelligent agreement management, transforming data into investment-shaping insights, building scalable Tableau/Salesforce dashboards and Snowflake models, automating workflows, and leading planning cycles. Champion best practices to mature GTM insights in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days/week in-office). Bring 12+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or GTM Strategy (SaaS preferred), SQL/Tableau/Salesforce mastery, and a track record influencing leaders. Thrive in ambiguity with proactive, systems-thinking to drive DocuSign's revenue innovation. Compensation includes competitive base (CA: $157,500-$254,350), bonus/RSUs, comprehensive benefits, and a culture of equality and growth.
