In this senior individual-contributor role reporting to the Director, Sales & Partner Strategy & Insights, you will be a thought partner to Sales and Revenue leaders, shaping how we anticipate performance gaps, uncover growth in e-signature and CLM adoption, and align on long-term GTM strategy. Own proactive analytics, predictive insights, and executive narratives that empower forward-looking decisions in our fast-paced SaaS environment, leveraging advanced GTM motions, data modeling, and strategic autonomy. Key responsibilities include advising executives on risks and opportunities, ensuring data consistency as the source of truth, partnering cross-functionally on metrics for intelligent agreement management, transforming data into investment-shaping insights, building scalable Tableau/Salesforce dashboards and Snowflake models, automating workflows, and leading planning cycles. Champion best practices to mature GTM insights in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days/week in-office). Bring 12+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or GTM Strategy (SaaS preferred), SQL/Tableau/Salesforce mastery, and a track record influencing leaders. Thrive in ambiguity with proactive, systems-thinking to drive DocuSign's revenue innovation. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Sales and Partner executives, delivering proactive insights on risks, performance gaps, and high-impact actions in DocuSign's GTM motions
  • Act as the single source of truth for Sales and Partner data, ensuring consistent metrics, unified reporting, and clarity across teams
  • Collaborate with Sales, Alliances, Marketing, CS, and Finance to define KPIs, frameworks, and analytics guiding intelligent agreement management strategies
  • Transform complex datasets into persuasive insights influencing goal-setting, investments, and e-signature sales strategies
  • Develop forward-looking analyses like pipeline scenario modeling, segmentation, and predictive indicators for revenue leaders
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and course corrections
  • Design, build, and enhance scalable dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau with live/extract connections to structured data
  • Develop SQL data models, pipelines, and quality controls in Snowflake for reliable GTM reporting
  • Influence cross-functional data strategy with Data Engineering and Finance to enhance governance and integrations

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization for large-scale datasets
